VIP subscription not working

    D68E673E-D2F2-4E97-8D27-F37A60C574D9.png Yesterday morning my Vip subscription got auto renewed but since last night it is not working and asking me to buy Vip..I tried to log out and log in many times but still same error..Please help

    Same thing happened to a week ago. I lost 3 days of VIP. Mine happened on Itunes. What I did was:
    1. Goto Settings on your Iphone/Ipad
    2. Click on your name(at the top)
    3. Click on "Itunes and app store"
    4. Click on your apple ID (at the top)
    5. Click Sign Out
    6. Turn OFF your phone/tablet completely
    7. Go back to the same settings page and sign back in with your itunes account.
    7. Re-open BattleBay.

    This worked for me to make my VIP active again.
