VIP Subscription is Active but game not recognizing it

    I've switched phones

    The game is not recognizing my VIP subscription. If I try to renew it, iTunes says it's already active.

    I'm stuck, I'm paying for something I can't use. I haven't tried cancelling the subscription and renew because I'm afraid I'll double pay.

    Is there a Customer Support page for this sort of stuff?

    Hello, have you tried to "Restore Purchases"? It'll probably help.

    It took a bit to find it.
    For anyone else, go into Market, Subscriptions (VIP), and hit the Information Icon.
