VIP Sub - Training Query

    I'm at the point where it is taking 4+ days to train my captains so the VIP is looking very appealing. If I bought the sub, would the 20% training speed increase take effect on who is already in training or would it be the next captain who would then benefit?

    It would affect the next train you do. Not the current one.
