    How do I resolve an issue with VIP? I posted earlier but isnt getting addressed. Do I need to go so ewhere else?

    The devs/mods get tons of bug/issue posts every day. You can't expect them to be ready to pounce the instant you click post. Give them time and I'm sure they'll get around to ya.
