Vip error (maybe) with ZERO stars!

Hi, everybody!

I don't know if you will understand in portuguese, so let's go in english...

Today I bought a VIP account, for one month. I don't know if this caused the problem I'm here to alert or if it's just a terrible coincidence! But you developed the game; it's not me who has to try to understand... Since I bought this account I don't earn stars no matter how good are my results! To prove, I have here some images that can explain what I'm trying to say (and my attempts to correct it).

The first image shows clearly that I deserved to win these stars; but (it seems) a guy that did no damage and no kill earned them. I'm saying that the stars that he earned were mine. Somehow, my stars are being transferred to the "less worst" player. And everybody here knows that, in this game, somebody that didn't even make 1 point damage doesn't gain stars. How is this possible?

Now, this following detail must be coincidence, but I couldn't not mention it. When I bought the Vip account I was with a quest almost done, as you can see the second image (4 of 5 stars). I refreshed the quest, as you can see in the third image; as well as the fourth image shows you it didn't work.

I just would like to remember that I just bought Vip account because I'm on vacation. So, if you take to long to fix this bug (that seems to happen only with me - I don't know if it would be the case of waiting for an update), I will have lost all my vacation (may be hard to believe, but I stopped playing for the last month of classes to study), the time that I kept to play Battle Bay, not to mention the money invested!

And if this problem can not be corrected, so nobody should buy Vip account! To not risk losing the stars... I want to play a complete game, not half of it! Please, fix this bug!

Lol seal clubbing. You dropped way too much infamy, so your rewards tanked. It has nothing to do with the VIP account.
