VIP Conspiracy

    I struggled to get above 3400 for a long time. I bought VIP for myself for Christmas. I immediately shot up to over 3600, peaking at almost 3900. The day after VIP ended, I dropped to under 3000 (yes, one day). I did not lose intentionally. I am now hovering around 3200 and the game keeps teaming me with people around 2700 being the max. I am suspicious.

    My guild mate spends $100-300 a month on the game. Keeps VIP. He gets Epic parts and pieces all the time from free crates and in his shop. He does on rare occasions get pieces from the crates he buys. He started later than me and has a T4 epic bolt. I'm still stuck with t2 epic bolt. I'm still stuck with t2 epic small shield. I get all the rudders and lube you would ever want but the game refuses to give me rare or epic small shields. I am suspicious.

    Same big money guy above almost never gets parts from the raffle. I get TONS of parts (and power cells) from the raffle. I am suspicious.

    These conjectures clearly point to a conspiracy. I just can't find my tin foil hat.

    I did VIP for one month, and don't remember any advantages as such. Your buddy is getting all his stuff from the non-VIP money he is spending (i.e., more crates gives more chances at epics).

    All I know is that I just bought VIP today and I'll never go back. At least not until I hit lvl 40.

    Your conspiracy is in the math. VIP = $10 a month. So your friend pays $100-300 means he is paying $90-to-290 more than you. There is your reason why he has so much more than you.

    No. You missed my point. He gets better items and pieces from the FREE stuff. He definitely has a TON of better gear because of the money he spends. That's great. I'm just talking about how often he reports the newest bling he got from free crates and raffle.

    It was raining rare blast canons on me for a short while as well. I got a dozen of them before I got a single rare Std or Sniper... the ones I really wanted.
