VIP buged after automatic payment

    Today was passed automatic payment for VIP in my account, but VIP still not activated. Nickname in game ESB • 4andr (#HVXNLHVY). I need help with this issue.

    If you are on IOS, try this, it worked for me.

    Close BattleBay completely
    Goto Settings
    Goto Itunes & app store
    Click on your Apple ID
    Click on Sign Out
    Click to sign back in to Itunes & app store
    Re-open BattleBay

    This happened to be before and I lost two days of VIP , because I just figured it didn't auto-renew and I was going to renew manually when I realized this happened.

    Open the Shop, go to the VIP tab, and hit the "i" in the bottom right corner. Attempt to "restore purchases" and then see if VIP is reactivated.

    On Android doesn't exist this button of restore
