Vip Abo not active

    Hey,
    I have my monthly abo since a couple of month.
    Today it worked but now I‘m getting the offer to buy it. Even if its already booked and payed.
    Please take care about that asap because its paid time.
    If there is no fast solution for that, I‘ll request my money back and will quit that abo.
    Looking forward to some rush help (I hope not to wait 6 weeks like others).

    So you have both paid for VIP but it is not showing in game?

    I solved my problem by updating the my device system.

    Here are the steps for checking 3 main points:

    1 - Payment completed by store.
    2 - The latest operating system version of the device.
    3 - The latest version of the game.

    * {I only have devices with iOS system. I do not know how to check in Android system. I’m sorry.}

    This worked out for me. Its was an email from the rovio support: Can you please try to restore the purchase? You can do this from subscription tab, by clicking the blue button with "i" in the lower right corner. After that please reboot the game.
