Using Duplicate Event Perks

    I think we should be allowed to use duplicate event perks as regular perks, just without the bottom bonus ability. They are perks after all. The strongest perk would have use of both the top and bottom ability and subsequent duplicate perks should be able just to be used as normal perks. We work for these and given how many duplicates we receive week after week, why not let us use what we worked for? Even at a diminished capacity?
