Useless perks

    So I finally got a rare quality perk in the shop that wasn't for a fixer or for yellow components. With my luck so far in this game , this is what I got, 1%damage for all weapons on my boat, now let's say I play a good game and get 10k damage, the perk would give me 100 extra damage...And the award for not thinking things through goes to...

    Nope, there is better epic perk than that, and what you have can affect the result of your game for the better. after all its a perks not a main skill tree of crew.
