Urgently I need help.Game is not using internet properly or my acc is used by some other people

    Since two or three days I am being unable to play game properly. I mostly loose connection in the middle of the game, the moment I search for battle the game mostly become unresponsive, the game stuck at loading when I open game, although I clearly hit the target the enemy don't take damage but enemy can hit me and I take range even if I am moving and the error always pop which I have posted below while I play the game. My internet connection is just fine I have checked it quite some times.

    I'm gonna say right off the bat noone else is using your account.

    It's most likely because you switched devices and didn't properly delete BB from the old device.

    I have had my account on five devices at once and have never seen this screen.

    @Golden Shooter - Battle Bay by default uses your Google or Apple ID account to generate your in-game identity; if someone has a hold of either of those two, then you have way bigger issues than just them playing Battle Bay under your account! Since I don't think this is the case, and there's a potential bug, please submit a ticket to Rovio Support at rov.io/support with your player tag (#ABCDEFGH) and in-game username.

    The problem is solved now. Actually the problem started when I start playing battle bay in other two extra new phone, more precisely the problem started when I install battle bay in my third phone. So I removed my gmail acc from two other new phone which my battle bay acc was linked with but the problem was still there so again I removed my gmail acc from my main phone as well and then I put my gmail acc on my main phone again and now the game is working perfectly. The reply is little late because I had to test that method if it works or not before posting it here. Thank you all for helping.
