Upgrading Weapons

    Is there a proper place to learn about how to upgrade your weapons? I ask because I have a tier 2 weapon, and I'm waiting to get the tier 3 skill. In the meantime, I had found another grenade launcher, so I started upgrading it and after I got to 10, I upgraded again to tier 2. Now when I went to see about eventually adding that to my existing tier 2 grenade launcher, it didn't show up as available. So, I'm guessing that you can add only up to skill 10 to another tier 2 weapon. I wish there was a warning given for these things before I went ahead and did that. I opened several uncommon chests hoping to get another grenade launcher, and now I'm just about out of stars, and still no grenade launcher. There should be away to downgrade the part to where it's just a tier 1 weapon, or have it to where it will still accept the tier 2 weapon, but strip its parts to make it only to a tier 1 and scrap the rest.

    thats hard, when upgrading you only need lvl1 same item rarety.

    Yeah, it sure is rare. And to think I had one, but now I can't even use it. I may just scrap it for parts. I don't know yet.
