    i downloaded it and now the server is on maintenance. I think a few more hours till i can play the game. So don't download unless you want to keep playing.

    Any new info/thoughts @Miika @Zeus

    We are just waiting for the iOS update to become available in the AppStore so we can perform the server update. Because the client and the server needs to be updated at the same time you can not play the game in the meanwhile if you now upgrade the Android before the server update. My advice is to only update when the game says you need to.

    Unfortunately coordinating AppStore and Google Play to release the build at the same time is impossible because they both have a random delay. Usually the delay is quite short after pressing the button but now for some reason it's taking longer with AppStore than normally.

    I've downloaded an update and now can't play the game. It has been 3 hours. Please anyone tell me how long I need to wait.

    I'm also stuck with the server maintenance after update. The devs are right. I should not have updated unless the game forced it or at least check the forum before going ahead. Now that I have updated it there is no choice. Its not their fault. And its okay to have fun for some time, you know, without battle bay:(.
    I have a lot of other games. Will check them out. :D
    @Zeus Please let us know as soon as this is sorted out. Can't wait to check out new update (battle replays:rolleyes:).

    A bit of background how the app stores work. First you submit the build to review which takes x days on Apple and is almost immediate on Google. After the review has passed you can press a button to release the game whenever you want. After this a technical delay happens while the update is distributed around the world to Apple’s and Google’s servers to be available. This delay is random and have usually been around half an hour. It has now unexpectedly taken 5 hours already on AppStore but on the other hand Google Play went though very quickly.

    Unfortunately the only thing we can do at this point is to wait. We are very sorry!
