If I level up an uncommon item and then scrap it, instead of adding to my uncommon parts, it DEDUCTS from my uncommon parts! I’ve lost thousands of uncommon parts. I’m on an iPad Pro. Seems limited to uncommon items only.

I just tried it. It's working fine for me.
I bought an uncommon cannon, leveled it up one level and then scrapped it, 76 parts were added to my inventory.

Thanks for trying it. Here’s what I just did:
    I had 5303 uncommon parts.
I leveled up an item to L2, scrapped it for 62 parts but it only added 49 parts, leaving me with 5352
Then I leveled up another item to L4, scrapped it for 113 parts but it only added 24 parts leaving me with 5376
Then I leveled up another item to L8, scrapped it for 392 parts but it DEDUCTED 256 parts leaving me with only 5120!!!
I am owed thousands of parts. RIPPED OFF!

Are you counting the parts used for leveling up the item in your calculation?
