Turret and Ship Agility crew member bonus

I need to report some mayor bugs on Battle Bay crew member percentage bonus. It's different percentage written on ships page and crew training page, it must have 20% bonus but in ships page if you tap on description it only have 10% crew bonus, for example if you have 20% then :
Ship Agility 19.8 + 3.96 (20% bonus) = 23.76
Turret Agility 23 + 4.6 (20% bonus) + 4.58 (19.9% item bonus) = 32.18
but it isn't
this only example on my defender but it has same percentage mistaken on other ship
please reply or answer if i wrong or miss something, thanks

 

Sorry but you are mistaken.

Those perks are not to Ship Agility nor Turret Agility. They improve the effectiveness of the Rudder and Gear Lube respectively. Check the item stats and you'll see. They are item perks not ship perks.

 

Note my turbo stats. Has crew bonus. Improves the turbo, not your ship stats.
