Turbo Detail Precision

    Why does the detailed break down of the turbo effect only go out to .1? Since it’s a percentage it fails to show what the base really is and makes it confusing to calculate what upgrading a perk might do for the effect.

    Please make it go to at least 2 decimal places if not 3.
