    Will tritorp deal no damage at short range?

    All torps have a short range disadvantage where they will deal no damage at all.

    Before you shoot ANY torp...you'll see a "RED" line and a "GREEN" line. the red is the point where it's "too far under water" and won't damage or make contact with anything.
