Torpedo not hitting in close range?

    Hi Guys, I got 2 tripple torpedo but when I launch them close range it doesnt have damage, supposed to be 6 torps hit on the enemy. Is this a bug or range limit? any tips how to launch them properly.

    Range limit. Torpedoes wont do any damage in super close range.
