Third week without a guild rivalry

I started my own guild with only myself because it's impossible to constantly beat your old record in order to make it into the top 3 let alone win since the new matchmaking. My old guild fell apart as we were constantly matched with people who are doing way more quests then we have in recent weeks and as more good people left or just got fed up and became less active it simply stopped being competitive and interesting. My previous guild was created before guild quests and many other original guilds are going through this same issue where their members are either going to guilds that weren't active to grow them or starting new since that seems like the only way to get fair matchups is not have a blow out week you can not sustain every rivalry. This in my opinion has had a very negative effect on the games competiveness and sense of community and team loyalty. The old system was much better.

I digress; my real issue is this. If I have to complete quests in order to start a rivalry I wish it would have said this somewhere instead of misleading me.

 

My guild was also created before the rivalry since the new maj (which my taste too much time separates this update of the next is long, it's long ...) and since 1 or 2 times we are arrived more loing you have to move the devellopeurs if you like.
