The skill didn't work

I've learned 25% critical damage skill for sniper cannon, I'm looking at the cannon properties, and there's only 5% of the base crit. Why? Where's the 25%?

 

In a different part it shows crew skill (I THINK)

 

Critical DAMAGE and critical CHANCE are different things. The critical damage is not displayed when you click on the weapon, but what it does is increase the damage when the weapon crits.

Ex: 100 damage sniper with +25% crit damage = 100 x 2.25 = 225
Without critical damage bonus: 100x2=200

 

That specific talent adds +25 % to the critical DAMAGE, not critical chance. Talents for crit chance add +5 % only.

Incidentally, it might be useful to have Crit Damage appear somewhere on the weapon profile.
