The problem with entering the game.

    Hey. I had a problem with the game, I ended the fight, but this fight ended 2 hours ago, and the reward window does not appear. I re-entered the game, now ships without weapons, it's impossible to move, 2 more players got into such a situation. please help, how to get out of this situation?
