The Lag / Ping

Hi all,
This is the second time i am posting about this topic. Me and most of my Guild friends have access to high speed 4G internet. However the Battle Bay ping is pretty high. Which makes weapons like Railgun useless. I have tried every advice i ever got to lower the lag. I have tried to ping servers in different parts of the world including Finland. And it is never over 150 ms. But on Battle Bay its never lower than 600 ms or worse. Please help me. If this continues i will have no option but to delete the game.

Aww, that's too bad. Where are you located? There is probably a reason for it...

 

I am located in India. And i have tested my connection against a variety of servers. There is hardly any lag. I can post screen shots.

 

Yeah! I've the same problem.. it's irritating

 

Devs say the min ping for India is about 300, as they don't have servers as close as they'd want. But idk why it does so high.

 

300 ms is good for me but 1500 is way too much.

 

Seriously man i just posted about it too.....same problem here but i do get a ping around 400-500 and still the game lags.

 

Im in dubai 210 and it lags like crazy they dont intend to make the game any better

 

Dubai has super fast connection and the connection is pretty stable. I know this first hand. And yet it lags. It simply means that there is a problem with servers which they won't acknowledge..

 

Did you ever consider that your nokia brick might not be up to playing BB?

 

Australia ping is no different. Getting 300 ms + is a severe disadvantage.

 

Mine in Australia Pings so high it's now Crap-Ping itself ! Lmao

 

It's a Redmi Note 4, (64 GB version) and Samsung Galaxy S8. I am pretty sure they handle the game quite well.

I’m getting very frequent lag in many games I play on my phone lately, whether it be wifi or LTE. But none of them lags as much as Battle Bay. I’m struggling to even load the Hub menu without restarting 1000 times.

 

It was all going really fine for me and this "Guild revamp" update comes and bam ! Hard lags every single game since then. Getting used to it but can't push infamy and all with this. I don't think they will ever fix it, just my feeling

 

I can play other online games just fine, what the heck?!
I used to be able to at least access the hub before the newest patch, why is this happening now?!

 

How much time does it takes for you guys to return to lobby from a battle ?
