    Yes as of last update, all rivalries have identical quest boards, amen to that!

    Glad to see confirmation, and based on rivalry pace this was an excellent fix to keep the competition fair, particularly since I'm seeing a lot of lower-tier weapons quests that have always been tough to get through.
