    We speeders want to know how many seconds we paralyze enemy. At the same time opponents also should know how many seconds they are being paralyzed.

    They do know, it's on a counter down near the bottom of your screen

    You can look at your Item Info to see exactly how long the duration lasts. From the time that you hit someone in a match, you just have to mentally countdown to estimate how long your enemy is neutralized and hope that another teammate doesn't damage him and end it early.

    I’ve noticed people get some residual electricity animation for a while after the stun wears off. That might be an indication of the Tesla resistance?
