Tesla bolt stuns radar

    hi all

    i heard about the nerf of tesla bolt in 2.8

    ok devs calculated it and did it for some reasons acceptable or not. I think it could be modified without touch the past 2.8 nerf, so leave all the cold down etc as it is and add this feature:

    when my team mate is stunned by a tesla bolt his radar/transponder stop working and i can see him only if my eyes can see him and the enemies he can spot, i can't receive their positions so i can't see the enemies he sees

    he is leaved alone. This can buff a bit TB use and help speeeders (i think speeders want play 1v1 and they want an enemy leaved alone isolated)
