Tesla Bolt Bug Is Back

    When you remove the stun from a player using repair bolt with the stun removal talent, the heal debuff remains until the duration of the stun is over even though stun is removed. The same goes for frost blaster's 50% debuff. @TheGrimRepair ,@Miika can we get this tested and quick fixed?

    And plz seriously consider balancing the Tesla bolt cooldown time again. Right now is very unbakanced, in 1vs1 with the speeder you can rarely win, not to say that right now is absolutely impossible so win a enforcer with the speeder.

    Seriously reconsider it.
