Tesla Bolt 50% time increase

    I think this is a topic worth debating in the forum...

    I believe this 50% increase in the Tesla bolt cooldwn time is disproportionate. Most of the times the Tesla bolt duration effect is curt down due to teammates or the playe using Tesla bolt themselves. Raising the cooldown time from 13.5 to 20 will definitely unbalance the game. Just two examples:

    - Now, in a speeder vs speeder fight where one of the speeders has explo/flare and the other doesn’t, the speeder that doesn’t have barely has any chances of winning.
    - This update will surely make people stop playing speeder and play more shooter or defender.

    In my opinion as a shooter and as a speeder, it was balanced, now is not.

    We can debate all we want, look where that got Frost :D
    As always with meta changes, its time to adapt and find a new strategy, just a shame when so many materials have been invested in an item that is mediocre at best now.
    Still the healing block is nice to be fixed.
