Syncing accounts

I created a new account for my little brother to play, will be referred as 3rd account, on another device but cannot sync it to my current device. Both IOS.

I’ve actually synced a 2nd account from another device before and it worked fine. I don’t even use this account anymore and can’t get rid of it on the startup page(accessed via reinstalling)

Followed the steps on the FAQ doesn’t work.

What I’ve tried:
1) Logging in to the same gamecenter account and reinstalling the game. It just shows the 1st&2nd accounts on startup. No 3rd acc.
2) Logging into the same Facebook account synced to the 3rd account and reinstalling the game. It just shows the 1st&2nd accounts on startup. No 3rd acc.

Could anyone with similar experience or a mod/dev help me out please. Thanks in advance.

Let me rephrase the question, is it possible to wipe the game completely from your phone so it starts fresh as a new account when you reinstall it?

 

I am having the same issue, the problem is only with IOS, i have no problem to use more than 3 accounts on my android phone, just sinc with facebook once , and the data will be saved on my phone , than everytime i logout from an account i just login in with facebook than login on the game , and bummm.. but on my ipad , i have tried everything , but does not recognize the 3rd account. If any clue please post.

Did you guys ever figure this out? I can only see two of the accounts and not the third one I need to see on this iPad.

Never worked. Ended up buying a new phone.
Probably the only way to wipe accounts is to reset your phone to factory settings.

 

I think my issue is i now have 3 accounts linked but I only see 2 of them. The one I don’t see is my main. Not sure what I’m supposed to do if I want to play that account on a iPad instead of my phone. Any thoughts? Thanks
