Support Ticket waiting time?

    Dear all,

    is it normal that I didn't receive and answer for my support ticket for seven days now?

    First anwer came after 1 day - after that I didn't receive further information and the problem is not solved as well.

    First it was assigned to a Service employee - but now it isn't anymore..
