Suggestions for new Event(Unique) Perks

    So as we can now fit 4 different unique perks all in 1 cannon, I think there should be more perks for some other weapons too. Here are some ideas i'ld like to suggest. Those are not very amazing or unique, my point is just there should be more varieties of perks for some other weapons as well :)
    "Lag" Carronade damage perk
    > +9 damage
    > Every carronade hit slows down the target's speed and turret rotation by 8% each for 3 secs

    "Quick shot" Railgun damage perk
    > +8% damage
    > -8% cooldown

    "Frostbite" Mortar damage perk
    > +7.5% damage
    > +15% damage to frozen targets

    "Hasty" Torpedo damage perk
    > +7.5% damage
    > +10% faster projectiles

    "Accelerating" Over boost duration perk
    > +0.8 duration
    > +20% speed

    "Agile" Nitro cooldown perk
    > -8% cooldown
    > +20% speed

    " Rapid" Stun duration perk
    > +0.8 stun duration
    > -8% cooldown

    " Upgrade" Fire Grenade perk
    > +12% to the chances of setting target on fire
    > +8% damage

    "Lifesaver" Bandage Repairing boost perk
    > +7.5% bigger repairing effect
    > Repairs for 80% more after every 30 secs

    "Hardening" Ship hitpoints perk
    > +60 hitpoints to the ship
    > +8 defence points to the ship
    > Can be fitted to any item

    PS, all the perks above are of legendary rarity.
    Sorry couldn't think of more creative names for the perk:(

    I want 'unbreakable' stun perk.
    -10% cooldown 25% chance that stun is not broken for 5 sec.

    That's a good idea, the target should be covered by a stunning shield when that happens I think and torpedoes should be able to break it(maybe) or it should break in 2 shots

    Nah the 1 who gets shot by it will take damage for 4/5 sec but will not be able to shoot anything completely stunned in other words like repair bolt perk of invulnerability. Can be healed though.

    Yeah thats ok, I didn't mean to say it shouldn't take dmg though. Sorry I said ' stunning shield'. But it should break by a torpedo hit

    The effect lasts for 4/5 sec by the time torp reaches it it will wear. And it is meant to be counter to invulnerability. Do ship take torp damage while invulnerable? No they don't. So similar to that the effect won't be taken off even if nuclear bomb drops on the ship.

    Stat boosts I would like to see in perks that the OP didn’t mention already :p

    Carronade dmg%
    Carronade crit
    Mortars radius
    Bandaid and all healing crit chance
    Defense multiplier
    Frost unbreaking (someone else’s idea)
    Box fire removal (someone else’s idea)

    Well I’ve run out of my own ideas so I guess that’s enough XD but I would like to see ideas for the rudder, gear lube and Tri torp.

    We already have "strike" fire grenade perk which increases crit by 12% and damage by 10%.

    I don't think crit chance for pulse, ducttape and bolt is needed. They already do great healing and are reliable

    "Shredder" Triple Torpedo Projectile Speed
    +4%/6%/8%/8% Projectile Speed
    –5%/7%/9%/12% Spread


    "Short Fuse" Torpedo Projectile Speed
    +4%/6%/8%/8% Projectile Speed
    –4%/6%/8%/10% Arm Time

    "Bigger" Torpedo Damage
    +4.5%/6%/7.5%/7.5% Damage
    +6%/9%/12%/15% Radius

    –5%/7.5%/10%/10% Projectile Speed

    "Scattershot" Carronade Projectiles
    +1/1/1/1 Projectile
    –12%/9%/6%/3% Damage

    "Supercharged" Nitro Cooldown
    –5%/6%/8%/8% Cooldown
    +6%/9%/12%/15% Speed

    "Supercharged" Overboost Duration
    +0.3/0.5/0.8/0.8 Duration
    +6%/9%/12%/15% Speed

    "Permafrost" Frost Duration
    +0.4/0.7/1/1 Duration
    +10%/15%/20%/25% Frost Break Resist

    (example: frosted for 10 seconds, reduced to 2.5 seconds when shot)

    "Juggernaut" Shield Defense
    +5/7/9/9 Defense
    –2.5%/5%/7.5%/10% Debuff Duration
    (stun/frost/burn)

    "Vigor" Gear Lube
    You know what this is already, give 'em some love!

    "Persistent" Healing Effect
    +2.5%/5%/7.5%/7.5% Healing Effect
    +10%/15%/20%/25% Ignore Healblock

    For more clarity on this one:
    Flare -30% → -22.5%
    Frost -50% → -37.5%
    Stun -100% → -75%
    It's a small effect even with legendary perks but makes a difference and can be equipped on bandages!

    Note: Some of the values for the perks' regular stats might be wrong, I didn't look up their values, I just went by memory.

    Actually there could be a "bigger" mortar perk too, it could do exactly the same thing. I think Bigger Torpedo and Bigger Berta sound funny.

    I'm fine with almost all of them except for "bigger" torp dmg and "permafrost" frost duration perk :)

    The only reason I don’t like the scattershot idea is because I want to see a boost for defense perks and adding a projectile wouldn’t help much here... as for my all healing crits that someone doesn’t feel needed, it think it will be needed once all of the other boosts are out and weapons hit you more often and for more damage, and fixers could always use a little love ;)

    +3/6/9/9 Damage
    +1.5%/3%/4.5%/6% Crit Chance (per projectile)

    (In the carronade's case, a crit simply penetrates all armor without actually dealing additional damage)
