    I’ve been playing this game for a while, and I noticed Dr. Buzzkill has talents that boost stun durations, but theres only 1 stun item and so I would like to see an item which is like the repair pulse, but stuns the nearby enemies. This would make it so that Dr. Buzzkill would have more use for the “increase all stun duration” talents.

    Like a mini EMP? It should have a really long cooldown, but a large radius to make up for it. The risk that comes with using this thing is already going to be insane, so it should be pretty powerful.

    Yeah, like a mini EMP, and a larger radius with longer cool down probably would be good. Like you said, it would be really risky to use.
