Speed-down effect

    Speeddown of carronade - 70% and frost blaster - 70% are completely different by bodily sensation. What is the difference? I feel that the carronade is not slowing down at all.

    Carro only slows for a few seconds.

    I understand such a thing. I keep saying that I can not catch up easily even if I continue casting carro. In the case of Frostblaster, I can catch up soon.

    Because frost blaster lasts twice as long as carro.

    Frostblaster has a constant effect. If you play MMO, it is like a "snare" that acts constantly. Basically, the difference is that frostblaster is a support item and carronade is an "enchanted weapon?" If I quote correctly? An enchanted weapon has nowhere near the abilities of a support weapon, am I right?

    言い換えれば、カロと霜のブラスターが同じ-70％であってもまったく異なる効果を持つということですか？もしそうなら、両方の減速効果を70％と書くべきではありません。

    Consider this. An enchanted ice weapon can show a slowdown of 70% at a high level. However, there are a certain number of conditions that also matter. Suppose that the enchanted ice weapon did 70% slowdown. But it won't have the same duration as, say, an ice spell of the same potency. Do you understand?
    The carronade ends up with a smaller duration in which it is active.

    I am talking about deceleration rate rather than duration. Is it specification that the carro is not decelerated at all even if the effect time is short?
