Spectator View Suggestions (IMPORTANT)

As of now the only way to view a match whether it is a replay or from a teammate's perspective when you are dead, it is limited to third person. I would like to propose change to improve our view options.

- Add a button to toggle between viewing modes
- Add Free Cam Mode (Replays only)
- First person mode

The free cam Mode is limited replays to prevent real time ghosting.
First person mode will allow us to learn alot more from how people play. The movements on their joysticks, when they are press their items, how they lead shots, etc. It will make being a spectator overall more productive.

I agree. It would be awesome if there was a freecam mode.

Heh, I just wish the controls were not so difficult to use. On my ipad it's like being drunk and trying to drive an indy race car.

 

There is a free cam mode in the replays.......when watching replay press the screen with 7 or more fingers......if u do it correctly then u will switch to free cam mode....For full detail read the 2nd thread in general discussion

 

It's not officially available, though. It's a pain in my arsenal to try and start up the free cam mode consistently, and for many devices it simply doesn't work at all.

I would really like first-person mode, though, especially for replays, since it would do a much better job capturing the battle from the player's perspective.
