Add the flare instead of the mortar. And level it up.

You get more stars. And help your cannons when your targets are on fire.

Plus only use the flare, ex cannon and blast cannon for every match.

You will receive rare, epic, and legendary duplicates eventually. Totally worth it.

Think of every game as getting your boat more powerful weapons.

Focus on the damage journey instead of infamy. And collect stars along the way. In order to get more weapons.

Once you get a better shield, replace it for the bandage.

 

Nice flare get some fire perks on your cannons so you can use it
Also, shield > bandage, especially for shooter.

 

At that mk, with only 3 weapons, you should use shorter cooldown weapons, a later mk 3will work better with those

 

Have you just put your Speeder items on a Shooter?

I think you’re going to struggle to get into EC/Blast range, consistently, without being cut to pieces by Snipers. It’s hard enough in a Speeder.

Since they’re never going to fix this, I would suggest you just run 2x Snipers of your own, and back them up something like Fire Bomb or Big Torp for crowd control.

Honestly that's just the nature of this game. The past few days I lost 600 infamy, putting me down 800 from my recent high. I did nothing different, just getting a lot of teammates who sh*t the bed and die without significant contribution, cowboy off instead of staying within Fixer range, and leaving me by myself, undermanned too often. I could, and have probably, made threads about poor tactics, but let's face it, you are 1 of 10 people in a match, there's only so much you can control.

 

I scrapped my rare t3 sniper for no good reason.

 

Yeah, I love using crit damage perks too. My 301 damage t2 epic sniper crits for about 950 damage. Not something to be sniffed at.

 

Definitely need defence instead of bandage....also agree with using fg if you can!

It could be just your gameplay
And what makes you think that the sniper is a noob weapon? Just because part of the forum says it doesnt mean that it is. Sniper, like all weapons, has its pluses and negatives, you just need to figure out whoch is the best for you, not bc "its a noob weapon"!

 

Sniper cannon takes a huge amount of skill to hit shots at its maximum range. THe projectile speed is so fast that you have to aim the slightest bit ahead, and also up or down depending on waves. So let's not go ahead and say it is a "noob weapon".
