    Sometimes, when I use skills, they don't attack and after start cooldown even it doesn't attack. It's not fair! I have lost many 1 vs 1 with someone because of this bug! I cannot attack and they have cooldown after I use them. It is seriously big problem!

    This is sometimes caused by a high ping speed, what is your ping in-game? Check by tapping menu on the top left, then on the bottom of the overlay is your ping in milliseconds.

    It even happens during a network change. Also, a variable ping means that your network is fluctuating, thus causing the problem. What connection are you on?
