Since new update Battle Bay just shuts off every now and then.

    Hi Devs,

    Since I have updated Battle Bay, the game just stops every now and then. Sometimes it happens when I am chatting, just now it happened in a battle. I tried it on two tablets from Samsung, one old, the other one a new one from my brother. But on both devices the same problem. Internet connection was fine and the game just don't stops altogether when the internet connection falters. Download speed was well beyond 35 mbs.

    Are there more people who have noticed this problem?

    A bunch of questions here before I relocate to Bugs/Support forum:

    According to your old posts, your tablet is a Samsung Note 10.1 GT-N8010 - can I ask what model your brother's is? It's also a Samsung, but is it the same or a newer model?

    When you say the game stops, does it force-close, or does the app stop responding? Does audio keep playing with frozen video, or does it "loop"? Can you kill it via the Android task switcher?

    Thank you for your reply. The other tablet is an Samsung S2.

    The app force-closes and I get a message that the app has stopped. Then it turns to my main tablet screen, without any sound or music. I have to restart it again. And sometimes it works fine for a while and then the game shuts down.

    There is another problem During a battle the screen is shaking like if you are driving on a very bobbly road. The boat go a meter forwards, a meter back, everything shakes. My guild mates have seen the same problem since the update.
