    Seem the cooldown time of tesla bolt is too long now and therefore make it quite weak when combating with a ship with double tesla shield

    Don’t u guys think that tesla bolt need a little buff on its cooldown time?

    15+ second stun
    16 second Cooldown
    Any changes should be made to base stun times for lower level players but maximums kept the same.
