    Happened to me and my fleet mate today.I was on a 14 win streak needed one more for the Godlike achievement.We had one speeder on our team and the other two shooters had only mortars.Like literally only mortars.And who the hell runs a mortar on a speeder???The enemy defender and speeder took them all out so fast.I and my fixer friend still managed to sink three of them but the game was lost ever since the beginning....

    the problem with this, is that sometimes it actually works. you get an open map, and a couple of buddies with heavy mortar loadouts. Your opponents are too scared to come close, and they get pounded into the dirt. -_-

    Exactly! I hate those damn people who just camp in the back hitting everyone with mortars, then at the end of the battle they get like the most dmg

    A while ago there was a defender with dual long ranged mortars sat at spawn got 5k damage. I used to run big Bertha fire bomb long ranged mortar standard cannon.

    Not as frustrating as people running all mines. Its annoying when a speeder does it but i saw a mk3 shooter run 3 mines. It was stupid

    I saw a mark 5 shooter with 5 mines no wonder he was 1400 infamy...

    I saw the same thing it came down to a 1v1 situation and they actually won the match. Still dumb but the other guy must have been dumber.

    not just shooters. ive played with a defender who had nothing but mortars. its really annoying and i think they do that because they might be trying to do a quest about mortars or they might be trying to obtain the 3 kills 1 shot acheivement and they dont care weather they win or lose as long as they reach their quest goal or acheivement.

    That happens a lot they just sit back and rack up damage with no thought and stay away from the action. Then complain that they did everything and their team sucks.

    For the record, I'm a shooter with no mortars. I kill the enemy before my mortar brethren can do any real damage.

    Why do I consistently do more damage now that I dropped my mortar? Cause fixers like healing the shooters that do work!
