Hello people of battle bay. I am a mk2 shooter and I don't know what weapons to use and I don't know what play style is for me.
I have a epic sniper, rare cannon, rare grenade, UC standard shield, and UC bandage.

I like close ranged weapons, because they are usually really powerful, and much more fun to use, as when compared to long range weapons like LRMortar or the Sniper. I prefer turbo over bandage because in the end, it would keep you alive for longer if you can dodge all those mortars, and if you have a fixer on your team, your bandage becomes near useless.

For, I would recommend replacing the cannon with some powerful 2 slot point weapon, like a firebomb or big torp, so you can take full advantage of the slot points, and also because the cannon gets pretty trash(for mk2s like me) at 1k+ infamy where everybody is an mk5 shooter with a lot of defence points.

Okay. Basically, the shooter is designed for long range standoffs, with its large number of guns. However, as a beginner, I suggest that you play with what you have, and what you like.

Once you hit mk4 on the shooter, you'll have a fair idea of the shooters role in the game. Then you should think about whether this role is what you want to play. After that, you can look for good builds.

TL;DR don't worry about setups just yet, collect every weapon (except what you hate, ofc)
