    long range cannon like sniper
    Blast radius like ex cannon
    Good dmg
    15 second cooldown
    Ability to stun
    If it crits you get frosted too
    Stunned for 3 seconds
    Frosted for 3 seconds

    Perks for frost chance and damage

    The farther away the target is the higher chance to freeze

    You can also add frost perks to this cannon for extra damage

    Can starts out with 10% more damage to targets that are frosted

    Let’s make something epic
