Shield for mines and torpedoes

    It's a yellow 2 slotpoints item which can be used for protecting yourself and other players for torpedoes and mines. It also slows you for 5 seconds when it's broken (idk how much)
    Cooldown: 20 seconds (same as Tesla shield)
    HP: ?
    Duration: 5 sec (same as Tesla shield)
    Radius: a bit bigger than Tesla shield
    It may be a bit unbalanced, but that can be changed :)
