Scrapping items

    Anyone know why when scrapping an item you only get that level of parts back? For example, scraping a slightly upg epic you only receive epic parts not any others? Rare parts are not cheap I don't agree with losing all of them.

    Not sure but it sure makes me have to buy lots of uncommon parts

    Sometimes you get better parts than the item scrapped. I've scrapped many common items and received uc and rare parts.
