do I get better scrap rewards if I scrap a higher level item
or are the rewards same as scraping a level 1 item

 

Higher level items give you better things when scrapped.

 

Yes higher evo and higher lvl reward better odds. But i got my first Legendary weapon piece from scrapping a free common from a common box. So take that for what it is.

No screen of ot actually happening. I could provide a screen pf the 1 legend piece i have. But trust. Ot came from scrapping a common. It is possible. I will say i spent 100k on 5k commons in the store to see the odds. Sufficed to say, the odda are extremely low. As i got nothing special from 100k cpmmons from the store.
