Scrap or build?

I'm very low on rare and epic parts, i have two repair bolts and i only use one. One is a level 10 legendary and the other level 40 epic with 2 duplicates to enable me to evolve. I have about 40k gold at the moment so it'll take ages to get the gold too evolve it and then buy the parts. I'd end up with a repair bolt that heals for around 200 more than my legendary. Given the costs involved in getting to level 50. Should i scrap the epic or build? I also have a level 34 flare gun that I'm currently trying to build.

 

I've already got the level 10 legendary. The question was "is it worth upgrading the epic repair bolt for only an extra 200 healing for the extreme cost too do so? "

I also need to consider that I'm trying to upgrade other epic items at the moment.

 

What would you like to use on your MK6? Did you get your legendary from the achievements or pure luck?

I would use the epic anyday, it does take time but totally worth it.

 

I'm not asking which one is better, i know the level 50 epic will be better. What I'd like to know your opinion on is if you think it's worth the expense given that its only going to be about 200hp healing better. I have almost zero gold and parts as I've just finished upgrading my shield. Is it worth the pain to upgrade my epic repair bolt or should i use the legendary and use gold and parts to upgrade other items?

 

It is totally worth it. If you don't have enough pieces to upgrade it now, just keep it in your inventory till you have the materials needed. Don't scrap any of them. Double bolt Fixers are quite good.

 

I agree I have 2 lvl 40 rare and epic bolt repair I’m unstoppable to healing my teammates.

 

With epic, you have an extra slot to play with the perk. If you are in late game already, build up the epic, if not the legendary would do just fine. Just use what ever stronger and get that epic to max when you can.

 

And 200 might sound so little but when you take in the fact that the output is +,- 5%, it make up alot. My bolt can sometimes land a 1k7 healing and when in need, 200 healing may help ou to win the game

 

Can someone please close this thread? Posted so many times that its about your opinion on cost if upgrading from 40 to 50 for a small gain worth it. I know the epic is better, i know its got an extra slot. I was just contemplating scraping given the cost to upgrade, but have changed my mind and will keep it.
