Rivalry Changes Update?

    So when can we change guilds without being penalized?

    A week has almost gone by and the next season is about to start, we really need it implemented before that so we can switch some people around :/

    You should be allowed to change guilds the first 24 hours of a season and still get the the rewards after another 24 hours.

    The rivalry is about to end today and still no reply.
    How can we change members without being penalized?
    I thought we were promised an update two weeks ago. Please.
