Retrain and Buying Items.

    Hey guys,
    For starters I use a OnePlus 2 on OxygenOS 3.5.8
    Brilliant game, the only issues I'm facing rn are..
    1. Cannot retrain any talents.
    2. Cannot upgrade items (weapons and stuff) to the next stage as one of the prerequisites is that item itself. Something which I cannot buy again from the store. I can only hope to buy higher levels or receive them in boxes.
