Repair Box Launcher Critical Repair Amount is off?

    Hi,

    Am I wrong, or two talents for Repair Box Launcher Critical Repair Amount +50% are off? Just completed second one for Feelix lvl 29 and crit amount generally did not change at all. Can anyone explain?

    Is it bug, or display issue? Is Critical Repair Amount +50% work properly? Work at all?
