Repair box and Tesla Bolt

    The repair box is missing the 3 +5% crit chance training that it had before the update. Instead, it has 3 +5% crit repair amount, boosting the final crit repair amount to +115%, when it should only be +100%, and have +15% crit chance.

    Also, under the training for Tesla bolt, it says increases freeze duration instead of increases stun duration.
