Repair Box and Bolt Bug

    When you use box and repair bolt on a target that is burning after being hit by a flare gun, the amount healed is not reduced by 30%. Likewise when the flares are stacked the amount healed should be reduced respectively. Please patch this. It says in the Burnice skill tree at level 21 that flare reduces healing by 30%. Please fix this bug.
