Recruiting new guild members when best for rivalry

    How does battlebay suggest that members recruit and move new members to their guild without penalising the player that moves from another guild as if they join 10 mins after rivalry I assume they have to wait the 6 days till they can collect tokens
    Which also means they would have to move before rivalry finishes and lose the tokens that they have worked on .
    Is there going to be a time delay between one rivalry finishing and the new one starting
    Would like an admin answer on this if possible
